Chess class attendance and fees, side by side
Fees only make sense next to who actually came to class. When a coach teaches online on Chessido, attendance takes care of itself.
Teaching in person too? Track classroom attendance and prepaid classes in the same place, so you always know how many classes each student has left.
What Chessido fee management does not do
Chessido keeps your fee records; it isn't a payment gateway. It doesn't collect money online, raise GST tax invoices or chase parents for you. Parents keep paying the way they already do — Chessido gives you the clarity and the receipts.
Fees sit alongside everything else your academy runs on: live classes, homework and tournaments. See chess academy management software for the full picture, or the chess certificate maker for level and tournament certificates.
Chess academy fees — common questions
What is the best fee management software for a chess academy?
One that keeps fees right next to your students and classes. Chessido shows who has paid, what's outstanding and produces a branded receipt in one click.
How do I make fee receipts for chess classes?
Mark the month as paid and Chessido creates a professional receipt with your academy's branding, ready to share with the parent.
Can parents pay fees online through Chessido?
No — parents keep paying the way they do today, and you record it in Chessido. You get the receipts and the monthly picture.
Does Chessido create GST invoices?
No. Chessido's receipts are fee receipts, not tax invoices — if you're GST-registered, keep raising those from your accounting software.
Does Chessido track attendance as well as fees?
Yes. Online classes record attendance automatically, and academies that teach in person can track attendance and prepaid classes too.
Can I see who hasn't paid this month?
Yes — at a glance, for the whole academy or batch by batch.
