Connect Chessido to Claude

Open Claude
Go to claude.ai and sign in — the free plan works.

Add Chessido
Open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name it Chessido and paste https://chessido.com/mcp

Allow access
Press Connect. A Chessido page opens — sign in with your coach login and press Allow.

Start a new chat and ask about your academy in your own words.

Connect Chessido to ChatGPT
Chessido is coming to ChatGPT's app directory — soon you'll find it by name and connect in one
click. If your team is on a ChatGPT business plan, an admin can already add it as a custom connector using
https://chessido.com/mcp.
Private, careful, yours to switch off
- Only your academy. The assistant sees exactly what you see in Chessido — nothing from other academies.
- Asks before it acts. Before scheduling, setting homework or changing anything, it shows you exactly what it will do and waits for your yes. It can't delete students.
- Sensitive details stay out. Existing student passwords and parent contact details are never shared.
- Disconnect any time from Settings → Connected AI apps in Chessido.

Chessido AI — common questions
Is it free?
Yes. Connecting Chessido costs nothing, and it works with the free Claude plan. Your AI app's own usage limits apply.
What can the assistant see?
Only your own academy: students, batches, homework results, your class schedule and summaries — plus fees if you're the academy owner. Student passwords and parent contact details are never shared.
Can it change anything in my academy?
Only when you ask, and only after you say yes. It can schedule or cancel classes, set homework, publish lessons, message students, add or move students, and (for owners) mark fees or award certificates — it always shows you exactly what it will do first. It can't delete students.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. Chessido is coming to ChatGPT's app directory, so you'll be able to connect it there in one click. Teams on ChatGPT business plans can already add it as a custom connector.
How do I disconnect it?
Open Settings in Chessido and press Disconnect next to the app under Connected AI apps. You can also remove the connector inside Claude or ChatGPT.
